Dan Peres- Actress Sarah Wynter’s husband Split after Affair

Meet top Condé Nast editor, Daniel Peres better known as “Dan”, who is still married to Australian actress Sarah Wynter. Notice the word “still,” because he might not be anymore by the time you read this! According to Page Six, the 42-year-old and his beautiful Australian former star of “24” wife are separating!

The split of the marriage of almost ten years has been a hot topic during NY’s fashion week and sources say the glamorous couple are now living apart upstate, in Irvington, and trying to raise their children.

Dan graduated from New York University with degrees in journalism and American history. During his college years he worked as a copy boy at The New York Times and, later, as a research assistant at Esquire.

The father of three, has been Editor-in-Chief of Details since 2000, since then, the magazine has won two ASME Awards for Design and earned several other nominations, including General Excellence. In 2003 MIN magazine included Mr. Peres as one of its “21 Most Intriguing People” of the year.

In 2007, Peres authored Details Men’s Style Manual: The Ultimate Guide for Making Your Clothes Work for You, published by Gotham Books. For the magazine’s September 2011 issue, he commissioned actor Ashton Kutcher to guest-edit Details’ inaugural Social Issue.

Before taking the editorship of Details, Dan spent nine years at W magazine, starting as Assistant Editor and eventually becoming European Editor, overseeing W’s bureaus in Paris, London and Milan.

Peres who used to be a few pounds heavier, usually commutes to work with The New York Times and at home with The New York Post, his busy days start with his phone first thing in the morning, leaving his house before 7 a.m. After a 45 minute-commute first thing after turning on his computer at his carpeted office on the eighth floor of Condé Nast’s 42nd Street tower is check what’s trending on twitter.

Dan married Wynter who has also starred in TV series including, “Damages” and “Californication.” in 2005 during a ceremony in Sydney. They have three sons together. First born in 2008 and twin boys in 2011.

The couple is allegedly heading towards divorce-ville because the always dashing-looking editor,  got involved on an affair with a well-known publicist at a top fashion house, who is also married.
