Mackenzie Standifer is the lovely wife of TV reality star, Ryan Edwards –whom you know best as fellow “Teen Mom” star Maci Bookout’s baby daddy.

Mackenzie’s hubby is well known among the fans of the MTV hit reality –which chronicles the struggles of teen pregnant couples. It’s been nearly a decade since we first go to know Ryan Edwards and his troubled relationship with Maci Bookout.

You surely remember the former couple lived together and attempted to have a normal relationship while also trying to raise their then newborn son, Bentley. They soon-found out they weren’t made for each other and eventually split. Since then, Maci has become the proud and happy wife of Taylor McKinney and the two have welcomed two children, Jayde and Maverick.

As for Ryan, he developed a $10k-a-week heroin addiction and was even caught by MTV cameras falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his speech on the way to his wedding last year. He attended rehab following the scary episode.

He is now expecting his first child with wife Mackenzie who now goes by Mackenzie Edwards. However this isn’t Mackenzie’s first rodeo.  She was previously married to Zachary Stephens and welcomed a child with him in 2014, son Hudson.

She met Edwards less than a year ago at a gym in Chattanooga and she agreed to go out with him and film for the show while dating him.

The couple secretly eloped in May 2017 and celebrated a traditional church ceremony in November. Mackenzie Standifer has been highly criticized following the episode where Ryan got behind the wheel to drive to their wedding while intoxicated.

The blonde’s reaction was to turn off the cameras after she noticed something was up; and after they managed to make it to the wedding, she smiled throughout the ceremony, even while her new mother-in-law was crying and Ryan was nodding off behind his sunglasses.

Bad judgement perhaps? Anyways congrats on the couple’s first baby bump together.
