Juliana Luchkiw was arrested along three other men who were charged with a drug related crime. Along Juliana was Max Rosenblum also 22, Thomas Cushman (Kuskman), 48; and Robert Vineberg, 57. Juliana and the other three suspects are believe to be the drug dealers who supplied ****** to the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman
On Tuesday night cop received a tip about the possible ****** dealer who had been selling drugs to Philip Seymour Hoffman. At the time of the arrest police seized more than 350 bags of ****** from three apartments at a Mott St. apartment building, but none of the bags were marked “Ace of Hearts” or “Ace of Spades,” like some of the bags found in Hoffman’s apartment.
Juliana Luchkiw and Max arrested at the same apartment were booked on charges that include criminal use of paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance, and so was Robert Vineberg, Thomas Cushman, who was the only on them who did no live in the building was misdemeanor possession, according to TMZ Vineberg has played sax for Mick Jagger, Amy Winehouse, Wyclef, Tom Jones and David Bowie.
