Victor Casillas is the man who has been harassing a Colorado company, sending the employees threatening emails and telling them to get ready for a “Las Vegas” part two, in reference to the October 1^st mass murder.

34-year-old Casillas, a Manhattan fella has since, been arrested and could spend some serious time behind bars.

#1 He’s been attempting to extort a Colorado company

According to court papers, Casillas signed up with the unnamed company in 2014 and opened up 14 extra accounts since 2016. The company gives users credits for referring others, and those credits can be exchanged for money. The company Casillas has been terrorizing is believed to be Denver-based Ibotta.

#2 Casillas was closed down by the company

Victor Casillas got upset when the Denver-based business realized he had multiple accounts. He got closed down and was offered $40. Instead he just opened additional accounts and got deactivated in late September.

#3 He sent emails before and after the Vegas shooting

In two separate emails sent before the mass shooting on the Vegas Strip, Casillas allegedly included pictures of heavy duty weaponry — including a submachine gun equipped with a silencer and two MAC-11 submachine guns. Three days after the shooting, he wrote

“I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOD DAM FUNDS…A–HOLES…WELL GET READY 4 LAS VEGas part 2…MAYBE TODAY YOU WILL MEET YOUR MAKER,”

#4 He told employees to prepare to die

Victor Casillas, targeted at least three employees at the Denver startup –telling them in a barrage of terrifying emails, to prepare for their deaths. He wrote

“TOP TARGETS FOR SNIPER…NAMES OF FIRST ROW OF SERIAL DEATHS BY ASSASSINATION,”

“PLEASE TELL LOVED ONES TO START PICKING OUT A NICE BEAUTIFUL CASKET AND PLAN A DECENT FUNERAL.”

#5 He claimed to have travelled to Colorado  

“IVE ARRIVED IN DENVER” another email read, accompanied by a photograph of two sub-machine guns. However, reports say there’s no indication he made any trip. According to court docs, his final email appeared to come from a Brooklyn IP address.

#6 He studied computer-science

According to his Facebook profile, Victor Casillas who currently lives in Brooklyn, New York –studied computer science at Pima community college.

#7 He also goes by the user name Vic One

Victor Casillas who also identifies himself as a hip hop artist has numerous online accounts that include profiles with LinkedIn, SoundCloud, Tumblr, Pinterest, Kik, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, Windows Live, etc.

Victor Casillas was arrested on Tuesday and is expected to be arraigned later Wednesday in Brooklyn federal court.
