Lorenza Izzo is the film actress wife of actor and director Eli Roth, married since 2014 the couple doesn’t have any children together.

Lorenza’s hubby is well known in the entertainment industry, he is perhaps best known for gory horror films like Hostel and Cabin Fever.

He met Izzo back in 2013 during the production of Green Inferno. They quickly began dating and were married in 2014 in her native Chile. Since then, the two have collaborated together on projects including The Green Inferno and Hemlock Grove.

Fast track to present times and apparently six years have been enough for Roth and Izzo, who are 18-years apart. In a joint statement “It is with deep love and respect that we are choosing to separate as a couple. We’ve had an incredible journey together, we love each other very much, and will remain the best of friends,”

“We are grateful for the six wonderful years together but have decided to go our own separate ways to have the most fulfilled, joyous lives we can”

They added “wish to continue working together creatively,” but are “ultimately separating so we don’t f—ing kill each other.”

Lorenza Francesca Izzo Parsons was born in 1989 in Chile; she is the daughter of Chilean model Rosita Parsons. She began modeling at an early age and in 2011 became the face of Brazilian brand Colcci.

Izzo who studied journalism at the University of Los Andes in Chile moved to New York and got her training in acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She made her acting debut in 2010 with Instruciones para mi Funeral and later appeared in Sorry About your Wedding by Chilean director Nicolas Lopez. It was Lopez who would later introduced her to mutual friend, Eli Roth.

Other film credits for Lorenza Izzo include, I Am Victor, Knock Knock and most recently the stunning brunette appeared alongside Jack Black and Cate Blanchett in the Roth-directed The House with a Clock in Its Walls, hitting theaters later this year.
