Jack Brooksbank is the longtime boyfriend and soon-to-be husband of her Royal Highness, Princess Eugenie of York.

That’s right, we have another royal wedding under way with these two getting hitched juts months after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Official photos of the engagement have been released by Buckingham, in which 27-year-old Eugene shows off her engagement ring. Eugenie’s parents, the Duke and Duchess of York, confirmed the news in a statement.

Eugenie Victoria Helena, born March 23, 1990 is the second daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah (Ferguson), Duchess of York. Her older sister is Princess Beatrice of York. Eugene works in the arts as a director at gallery Hauser and Wirth in London.

According to reports, Jack Brooksbank popped the question earlier this month in Nicaragua.

Mr. Brooksbank and princess Eugenie have been dating for a while, they met years ago during a ski break in Verbier, Switzerland and have been inseparable ever since. According to the Daily Mail, when the two began dating, Jack worked at City bar restaurant Devonshire Terrace.

They dated for at least six-years prior to their engagement. But just who exactly is, Jack Brooksbank? Glad you asked.

He is the son of Nicola and George Brooksbank, his father is an accountant while his mother is listed as a company director. Jack and his bride to be, are actually distant relatives.

He attended Stowe school in Buckinghamshire but ditch higher education to pursue a career in Hospitality. He currently serves as the Brand Ambassador of Casamigos Tequila and has a background working mostly with bars and pubs.

Casamigos is an award winning brand co-founded by George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman.

Jack previously worked several years at Chelsea’s Admiral Codrington, a pub and private dining room. From there Jack moved on to The Markham Inn. He is also the former manager of Mayfair club Mahiki. His ties with the London club scene have come in handy when hosting members of the royal family –including Prince Harry –to a fun night out.

Jack Brooksbank will become an official member of the royal family in the autumn of 2018 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor.
