Who is Miss USA Deshauna Barber’s Boyfriend?

Deshauna Barber is the gorgeous newly crowned Miss USA, the Georgia native’s mixture of beauty, brains, passion and philanthropy made her worthy of becoming the current and reigning beauty queen.

The 26-year-old represented the District of Columbia during the beauty national competition.

Barber was born in Columbus, Georgia but lived in a number of states including, North Carolina, Nebraska, Minnesota, Virginia and Washington, D.C.; due to her father’s military service. Deshauna Barber decided to follow into her father’s footstep and join the army. According to her Miss Universe profile, the daughter of a former Army Master Sergeant, commissioned as a Quartermaster Officer in 2011 and is currently a Logistics Commander for the 988th Quartermaster Detachment Unit at Fort Meade, Maryland.

She currently resides in Washington D.C. where she moved following her graduation from Virginia State University –where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. She currently works for the U.S. Department of Commerce as a IT Analyst.

Deshauna Barber splits her time between many activities, she loves outdoors hobbies like hiking. The stunning 5’ 10” model is also passionate when it comes to serve the men and women in the U.S. military. She scored major points to land the crown since she specifically focuses her platform on PTSD treatment for soldiers returning from deployments and suicide prevention in the Armed Forces.

It was precisely her answer what put her on the spotlight in Las Vegas on Sunday. When asked by judge Joe Zee whether the Pentagon’s decision to open up all combat roles to women had “put political correctness over our military’s ability to perform,” 1st Lt. Barber gracefully answered:

“As a woman in the United States Army, I think it was an amazing job by our government to allow women to integrate into every branch of the military; we are just as tough as men. As a commander of my unit, I’m powerful, I am dedicated and it is important that we recognize that gender does not limit us in the United States.”

Barber’s powerful statement of her strong character sure would put any guy just a bit nervous. It is not yet clear if she has been in a relationship or dating anybody at the moment. With her schedule it might be difficult to juggle, but for Barber, it seems quite possible.

From her social media accounts, its clear to see she has that bubbly and outgoing factor about her, but we know Barber can also be tough as nails. For the moment no guy seems to be sharing her time.
