Milo Yiannopoulos
Milo Yiannopoulos now known as the infamous twitter troll who led a tweeted harassment campaign against Ghostbusters actor Leslie Jones, is saying he has no regrets over it.
It seems he might have taken things too far with the whole Leslie Jones topic. At least Twitter seems to think so.
Last month Twitter permanently suspended the account of Yiannopoulos after he incited his followers to bombard Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones with racist and demeaning tweets.
Bu Milo is no stranger to being scolded by Twitter. In the past, he’s been temporarily banned from Twitter a number of times for violating its terms of service and stripped of his verified status.
You’d think Yiannopoulos should apologize with Jones, the thing is, he literally makes a living out of being an ‘internet villain.’
Milo Yiannopoulos currently serves as Breitbart Tech editor, according to his social media info, he is described as ‘one of the best-known technology and media commentators in Europe. He writes about internet culture, video games, tech, social media, the social justice phenomenon.’
He has also been hailed as a voice of the new “alt-right” movement. As such, he has made a living as a provocateur, continually inflaming tensions between progressive branches of the internet focused on identity politics and the fervently anti-PC segment that constantly trolls it.
For years, Yiannopoulous has used Twitter not only to voice his controversial opinions, but to direct his legion of followers his opponents.
Milo is a vocal critic of feminism, Islam, social justice, atheism, political correctness, and other movements and ideologies he perceives to be authoritarian or belonging to the ‘regressive left‘.
With just a peek to his Instagram account, you quickly realize he lives for controversy and truly isn’t afraid to speak whatever comes to mind.
He has posted a ton of pictures depicting his endless shopping sprees as well as a life of luxury and frivolousness, often center on his hair.
But that’s not all he is. The British journalist was born October 18, 1984.Milo attended the University of Manchester but left before graduating.
Yiannopoulos is the founder of The Kernel, an online tabloid magazine about technology, which he sold to Daily Dot Media in 2014. He rose to notability that year when he began to provide media coverage and commentary surrounding the Gamergate controversy.
The Donald Trump supporter, gay Catholic and entrepreneur, said during an interview to Nightline: “Trolling is very important,” “I like to think of myself as a virtuous troll, you know? I’m doing God’s work.”
He also added he would like to get his Twitter account back.
