78-year-old Canadian TV personality Alan Hamel is the husband of beloved TV icon Suzanne Somers, who will be hitting Dancing With The Stars season 20!
Alan a former entertainer and host, the Ontario native used to co-host Canadian children’s television show called Razzle Dazzle. He met Suzanne while he hosted the “Anniversary Game” in 1969. Later he went on to have his own show called The Alan Hamel Show, which became a popular daytime talk show .
His wife sure did practiced her dance moves quite often back in the day! Alan and Suzanne hit Studio 54 almost every night back in the 70’s; all those night might come in handy now!
Hamel and Suzanne are one of the most admirable marriages in Hollywood, the couple have tremendous respect for each other and are always sharing how in love with each other still are after 38-years of marriage. They also boast about their hot sex life.
They both were previusly married. Alan was married to Marilyn with whom he fathered two children, Stephen Hamel and clothing designer Leslie Hammel; while Suzanne has one child with first hubby Bruce Somers.
They did not have any children together and now a days enjoy time with their beautiful granddaughter, Violet Somers.
