29-year-old Lee Thompson Young from Columbia, South Carolina was currently starring as Detective Barry Frost ion the television series Rizzoli & Isles, but he will forever be remember as the funny Jett Jackson in the Disney series The Famous Jett Jackson.
After Jett Jackson was cancelled in 2001, Lee Thompson Young starred as Levi Mooney in The Guardian, Prince Malik Namir in Jake 2.0, Victor Stone in Smallville, had a small role as Agent Stewart in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and made a cameo on CSI: NY as Kelvin Moore last year, this are just a few of the many incredible work he did throughout his acting career.
On August 19th, 2013 Thompson failed to show up for the filming of Rizzoli & Isles so police were called to check on him at his L.A apartment were he was found death, according to an statement released by Young’s publicist he took his own life with a self-inflected gunshot wound to the head by Los Angeles cops about 9 a.m
