The girl in the picture is an aspiring model named Meghan Chereek, the young girl originally from Miami is suing muscian turned fashion mogul Jimmy Sommers for submitting her to months of sexual favors in returned for a promised modeling gig! All this when she was just 17-years-old last year!
The now 18-year-old model is seeking unspecified damages for mental and emotional suffering, injuries, and trauma, counseling and therapy expenses, shame, humiliation, and indignity, as well as future therapy expenses.
Sommers is charged with unlawful sex with a minor, unlawful oral sex with a minor, gender violence against the young woman, among other charges!
According to court documents Meghan is a citizen and resident of Miami-Dade County, Florida but she had moved to Los Angeles to pursue like millions of girls her modeling career; she and her roommate fell on hard times and around that time she was introduced to James “Jimmy” Sommers.
The complaint says
“His behavior was intended to vex, annoy, or injure Plaintiff, and he unjustly and cruelly exercised his authority and power as president of WILDFOX to manipulate and sexually exploit Plaintiff,”
Meghan was born in 1994 and currently lives in California. The underage girl dreams were shatter when she was only used for Sommers sexual favors; the 43-year-old who is CEO of the L.A. clothing brand Wildfox allegedly took advantage of and sexually exploited Chereek for several months, luring her in with promises of a modeling career with his brand, supplying her with a never-ending supply of alcohol, cocaine, and pot!
On her Seenive profile she says
I like to skate, eat, and hang out with cats. I’m very strange and strangely normal.
Meghan was enrolled in a fashion college in Los Angeles where she was studying jewelry design but dropped out and knowing she wasn’t in the best communication terms with her family decided to chip in by selling her own original art work and though she could also a modeling gig would pay for rent. She met Sommers in July last year and he offered a tentative modeling contract with the clothing brand. But that never happened and instead he practically installed her in one of his spare rooms in his L.A home forcing her to engage in oral sex and intercourse all the while she believed her career as a model will take off.
