23-year-old Jefra Kaysi Bland was born on July 2, 1990 in Campbellville, Kentucky to Jeff and Vicki Ann Bland (nee. Reese). Jefra was crowned Miss Kentucky Teen USA in 2009 and made into the Top 15 at Miss Teen USA.
Jefra attended at Taylor County High school and graduated in 2012 from the University of Kentucky, but this stunning girl is also a talented singer and pianist, she sang at High Mass at the Vatican in Rome as a member of the Bob Westbrooke singers. I bet you are wondering if this drop dead gorgeous woman is single? and the answer is no, Jefra Bland has a boyfriend, a quite handsome I must add; his name is Jared Hines, 32.
