Kelly Guerrero is the Cali woman suing Motley Crue front man, Vince Neil. She filed papers accusing Neil and is asking for $75.000 in damages!
According to reports, Kelly filed the suit Thursday in federal court in Nevada. She claims that she and her son were in Vegas back in April, the time when the incident took place. She was walking when her son spotted Vince Neil, Carrot Top and Nicholas Cage.
She didn’t let the opportunity passed by and approached Cage to say “I love you” and “My son loved you in ‘Ghost Rider’ and ‘City of Angels.” At the time of her verbal display of admiration for the actor, Cage was putting Neil in a headlock in an apparent instance of “horseplay.”
According to papers filed by Kelly Guerrero, things turned serious, when Cage let Neil loose and the rocker “attacked” her out of nowhere. She says he grabbed her hair from behind and yanked her to the pavement on her back. She was able to leave the scene after he allegedly attacked another woman.
As a result of the bizarre episode, Guerrero was diagnosed with “back sprain or strain, neck sprain or strain and sacral contusion due to physical assault.” Guerrero claims she was later also diagnosed with a fractured coccyx and “a severe left hip injury.” She also says she’s had to undergo further medical care and psychotherapy.
She explains in the suit, Neil was “severely intoxicated and/or under the influence of powerful drug(s)” and when Cage let Neil go after restraining him a second time, the singer “staggered toward yet another woman, grabbing and attacking her.
She stumbled, scooped up her cell phone which he had knocked to the ground, and ran out the entrance of the Aria.”
Kelly Guerrero also claims the episode caused her lost wages, pain and suffering and emotional distress. The mom of one is a registered nurse.
Accoridng to her LinkedIn, she is Nursing Director at Sutter Health. Neil obviously chose the wrong gal to mess with. She holds a BSN from CSU Chico and a MSN (nursing) from the University of Phoenix.
She is also a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC).

The singer is expected in court later this month.
