Giselle and Charlie Weber became husband and wife on April 21, 2015. Just nine short months later they called it quits.

The How to Get Away With Murder star, filed for dissolution of marriage citing irreconcilable differences in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 23, 2016. He listed February 1 as the date of separation.

E! News reported that the pair have a prenup, which was agreed upon on April 17, 2015.

Most recent updates on their status, say Weber walked away from Giselle without having to pay a dime. TMZ reports Giselle Weber won’t be getting spousal support, due to the prenup.

Charlier Weber was born September 20, 1978 in Jefferson City, Missouri.

He is best known for his role as Frank in Shonda Rhimes’ latest ABC hit show How to Get Away With Murder.

Before HTGAWM, the actor was probably best known for his role as Ben in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He appeared in 14 episodes across 2000-2001, starring opposite Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan.

His role of Frank Delfino, is an assistant to leading lady Viola Davis’s law professor, in the hit ABC drama.

Charlie is the dad to a 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Giselle Weber is described as Charlie’s long time girlfriend. They were engaged for a year before walking the isle. He revealed during an interview with Steve Harvey:

“After we shot the [HTGAWM] pilot in Philadelphia, I came home and proposed to my girlfriend,” “I did it. We’ve been engaged for just under a year and I’m taking her to Bora Bora. I don’t think I’ve ever said that publicly.”

They tied the knot secretly on April 25 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The pair have share no children.

Not much info  is available on Giselle Weber, she would be almost non existent now they have divorced.

Such was the privacy surrounding their relationship, that at the time of the wedding Giselle’s name wasn’t even known to the public. No photos of her are available either.
