Jackie Warner the fitness expert and celebrity trainer, best known for her participation in Work Out, a Bravo TV reality show, has gotten herself arrested!

The 48-year-old born Jacqueline Waddell, got busted for felony assault with a deadly weapon after crashing her car in West Hollywood Friday night when she hit a pole.

The blonde was apparently ‘sleep-driving’ after taking one martini and mixing it up with Ambien, TMZ reports.

Warner made a name for herself after arriving in Los Angeles from Ohio and becoming a sought after personal trainer. She went on to two fitness facilities and has starred in numerous exercise videos.

She first open Lift, according to her Facebook page, the revolutionary fitness facility was the first health club in Southern California to accept health insurance for exercise.

From 2004 to 2009, Jackie owned and operated her next gym, Sky Sport & Spa. Employing Jackie’s complete approach to fitness, Sky Sport was the nation’s premiere full service health and medical practice. Although frequented by fitness aficionados for years, Sky Sport was introduced to the rest of the world on Jackie’s hit television show, Work Out.

After three seasons of Work Out, the show was cancelled due Jackie’s negative comments about a breast cancer survivor. She later returned to TV in Bravo’s Thintervention.

She’s also written health and fitness articles for The Huffington Post, Fitness Rx, and Fitness magazine, and she wrote the New York Times bestseller, This is Why You’re Fat (and How to Get Thin Forever).

Jackie is a lesbian; she’s known to be candid about her relationships, with a number of his girlfriends shown on TV. During the filming of Work Out season one, Jackie was seen dating Brazilian artist, Milenna (Mimi) Saraiva.

On the second season of the show, she got romantically involved with her employee, Rebecca Cardon.

On season three, she dated and later lived with Brianna Stockton –a bartender.

It is not clear if Jackie Warner is currently in a relationship with any lady.
