Since we’ve got the pleasure of watching her in her most recent role as Artemisia in 300 sequel, 300: Rise of an Empire, we are all wondering who is the French actress and model dating these days??
Unfortunately we don’t have the answer who the gorgeous French could be spending her alone time with, but we sure can tell you some other interesting facts about her!
Growing up, Eva was a shy child. In fact, her mother, French actress, singer and author, Marlène Jobert thought her too fragile to ever make it as an actress. Yet she clearly had an exhibitionist side to her and, by the age of 16, she had begun to behave in a far more flamboyant manner.
Eva has a twin sister, Joy Green who is far from the spotlight as she intended a career in business. Eva’s father is a Swedish dentist, Walter Green.
Inspired, unusually, by the German punk star and TV personality Nina Hagen, she’d dye her hair black, colour her lips and eyelids green or purple, wear gothic crushed velvet and a fancy bra. Sometimes she’d turn up at school dressed as a geisha or a hindu. She was rapidly becoming herself.
Green followed into her mother’s footsteps but previously to her controversial film debut as the “free-spirited twin,” Isabelle she started her career in theatre.
To her acting career we can add modeling, Green has modeled for Breil, Emporio Armani, Lancôme, Heineken just to name a few. On her personal life, she has been in few relationships.
Having split from Yann Claassen, who she dated for over a year, she began a relationship with Marton Csokas, 14 years her senior. A New Zealander, Csokas was a theatre actor with a classy resume. Their relationship lasted five years until they split in 2009.
The once girl from The Dreamers, was also rumored to have briefly dated actor, Johnny Depp. Although she hasn’t been that lucky in the love-department her career has turned out to be something else. In 2007 she was awarded a BAFTA as a Rising Star for her role as a Bond girl. Bond girls traditionally start off frosty, then melt into Bond’s arms. Vesper Lynd was different. Initially smart and business-like, she’s glamorous but real; almost like a real-life Green.
