Shawn Custis- Man arraigned in home invasion, beating of mom caught on nanny cam

Home Invasion Beating

The man in the picture above is African American Shawn Custis, a 42-year-old allegedly responsible for the beating of a woman in Millburn, New Jersey last week! On June 21st, Custis walked in uninvited to the house of a woman around 10 a.m, he proceeded to grab her as if she was a punching bag; kicking the woman and throwing her down stairs while her 3-year-old daughter huddled on a couch, one more kid was allegedly to be somewhere in the house while the attack took place.

Some of his aliases were; Custic, Shawn, Custie, Shawn or Hustis, Shawn, He weight 235 lb and is  5′ 8″

Luckily those excruciating moments were all captured on a nanny camera; the footage unleashed the search for the heartless man responsible of the terrible beating that left the woman with a concussion, a leg injury, bruises and chipped teeth. It was Custis’ girlfriend and other acquaintances who recognized him from the video that mustered the courage to turn him in! And now Custis is behind bars. What makes a person let loose his rage on another human being like that?? There is clearly something wrong with his head.
