Cerina Fairfax
Cerina Fairfax is the proud and longtime wife of Virginia Lieutenant Gov. Justin Fairfax –who has been accused of sexual assault.
Cerina’s husband has been accused by two women, the first Meredith Watson –said Fairfax raped her while they were students at Duke University in 2000. The accusation follows a claim by a former colleague who says Fairfax sexually assaulted her in 2004.
Fairfax strongly denied Watson’s allegation, saying in a statement to the Washington Post, “It is demonstrably false. I have never forced myself on anyone ever.”
About the second accuser, he said he and the woman had “a 100 percent consensual” sexual encounter in 2004.
Born Justin Edward Fairfax on February 17, 1979; the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native graduated in 2000 with a degree in Public Policy Studies. He was a federal law clerk to United States District Court Judge Gerald Bruce and a litigator at WilmerHale, LLP in Washington, D.C., -prior to serving as federal prosecutor.
He was elected Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia on November 7, 2017. According to his website, he currently works as a Litigation Partner in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. offices of the international law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP.
He and wife, Cerina W. Fairfax, have been married since 2006. Together they are the proud parents of two young children, a son, Cameron and a daughter, Carys.
Born in 1978; Cerina Fairfax is a graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA and of Duke University. She earned her Bachelor of Science and degree from Duke University in 1999. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating Magna Cum Laude from” VCU’s Medical College” of Virginia School of Dentistry in 2005.
The mother, political spouse and Dr. runs her own a family dental practice in Northern Virginia.
