Peter S. Kalikow is President of H. J. Kalikow & Company, LLC (one of New York City’s leading real estate firms), former Chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, former Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and past owner and publisher of the New York Post.
Peter Kalikow has two children, a son Nicholas Alexander and a daughter Kathryn Harold.
Peter’s daughter, Kathryn, 27, has been arrested for trying to sell ****** with her boyfriend Brian Whalen, 28, in the Bronx. They were arrested on Hoffman St. about 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The couple is accused of using Craigslist to sell drugs, they had allegedly advertised the drugs as a ‘high quality diesel pain relief.’ The ad stated:
“Discreet & professional. No games; will only reply to likeminded individuals. Email name and number for response.”
According to court documents, Kathryn and Brian agreed to sell the drugs to undercover detectives for $440. They have been charged with possession and sale of ******. Kathryn’s boyfriend, Brian Whalen, told cops he was selling drugs out of desperation to feed his own habit.
Kathryn Kalikow said to a detective who confronted her:
“Yes, I have drugs. He’s my boyfriend — I was holding on to it for him.”
Peter Kalikow, said he and his wife Mary are focused on their daughter:
“Mary and I are very concerned and all we are concentrating on now is helping our daughter,” he said in a brief statement Monday.
Kathryn Kalikow was born on March 23, 1986. She currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida. Both Kathryn and Brian are graduates of the elite private college Vasser.
