Nikki Yovino is the NY teen who has been busted after falsely claiming she was raped! The pretty brunette will now learned the consequences of her actions.

Miss Yovino alleged in a report in 2016 she was abused by not one but two college football players. As a result her alleged attackers had their scholarships revoked.

The two college football players have now been cleared by police and is Yovino the one in trouble.

Authorities say Nikki Yovino has been charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

 Nikki Yovino is an 18-year-old resident of South Setauket, NY. She was a student at Sacred Heart University where she was a psychology and pre-med student.

Yovino‘s initial statements said she was at a party last October –which she used as the place for her alleged rape.

When police arrived to take her sexual assault complaint she told them the night before she had attended a Sacred Heart football club party at a house on Lakeside Drive in Bridgeport.

She elaborated telling investigators, two men pulled her into a bathroom in the basement of the house and held her down, taking turns sexually assaulting her.

She later recanted her story saying she made it all up because she wanted to gain sympathy from a potential boyfriend!

The parts that are actually true is that Nikki Yovino did attend the party. She also did have sex that night with the two guys she described as her rapists. The part that isn’t true is that she was raped.

Both men admitted having sex with Yovino, but claimed it was consensual. Investigators questioned her aging when other students said it appeared Yovino went into the bathroom willingly with the two men. That’s when she broke down.

Nikki Yovino is expected to plead not guilty. She posted a $5,000 bond, and could face up to five years in prison if convicted on the tampering charge.
