Thomas Girardi is the veteran attorney  husband of TV star and singer, Erika Girardi best known for her stage name Erika Jayne.

Thomas’ stunning wife gained recognition with the release of her 2007 debut single “Roller Coaster.” Since then she has attained nine number-one songs on the Dance Club Songs chart as of 2016, most recently “How Many Fucks”.

In 2015, she transitioned to reality TV after being casted in the sixth season of the reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Erika was previously in a relationship with another Tommy. She and Tommy Zizzo became parents of one son, also named Tommy who is a police officer. Last year during a 2016 interview, Erika said her son lives with her.

Thomas Vincent Girardi was born June 3, 1939. The 77-year-old is one of California’s top lawyers. He gained a reputation in 1970 after becoming the first attorney in the state of California to win a $1 million-plus award for a medical malpractice case.

He is a founding partner of Girardi & Keese –the Los Angeles firm has taken on high profile cases that have made of Gerardi a lawyer recognize worldwide whose class-action lawsuits have left millions in his pocket. Girardi graduated from Loyola Law School in 1964 and then enrolled in a master’s program at NYU.

Over the course of his nearly 50-year career he’s handle major cases including the $333-million settlement in the groundwater contamination case that was made famous by the movie, Erin Brockovich.

Girardi is also known for giving back to the community. In 2004, The Los Angeles Daily Journal spotlighted Girardi for his generous $1 million donation to Loyola High School.

When talking about his singer wife, Girardi who is her senior by 32-years says: “Erika is awesome,” She’s a hoot”
