There is a new cast member and here we tell you all about her. She is 36-year-old hot Kristen Taekman, she is originally from Farmington, CT and she is a model with NY models.

The hot mom and model was convinced by Fellow Housewife Heather Thomson to go on the show. Although she’s been in the modeling industry since her teens you’ll be surprised to know she is a “real housewife”

“I work freelance in fashion as a model, and I don’t work every day. I drop my kids at school, I go to ballet with my daughter, and I go out with my husband at night to business events. I feel like I am an actual real housewife.”

But the blonde doesn’t entirely fit the mold –or else she wouldn’t be on the show huh –She revealed she doesn’t , won’t and can’t cook.

About her family she is a happily married woman, she currently lives in TriBeCa with her husband of 10 years Josh Taekman — co-founder of the natural energy supplement EBOOST.

Like her hubby she is also a successful business woman, according to her bravo-bio, in addition to her work as a model and mom, Kristen’s keen business sense led her to launch her own successful greeting card company called 2nd Street Press in 2009.

Her first love remains to be modeling, discovered at age 14 by John Casablanca’s agency, her work allowed her to work in New York before moving to Paris for several years, followed by Italy and Australia. Gracing the covers of some of the world’s most renowned fashion publications, Kristen has appeared in Australian Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Glamour just to mention a few.

The Elvis Presley lover is a proud mom of two children, five-year-old Cash and two-year-old Kingsley.

According to celebritynetworth.com Taekman has a net worth of $20 million. She seems to have it all and she is not afraid to flaunt it, on her twitter she is already described as an official cast member.
