Judy Huth: Claims Bill Cosby Assaulted Her at Playboy Mansion

55-year-old Judy Huth has filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles county superior court claiming sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress against comedian icon Bill Cosby.

Judy said on Thursday that she was only 15 when Cosby forced her to perform a sex act at the Playboy Mansion.

According to her suit, she met cosby back in 1974 during filming at Lacy Park in Riverside county. The following week they met at a tennis club where Cosby plied her and another friend with alcohol while they played billiards.

After getting her both minors drunk he told them he had a surprise for them, taking them at the Playboy Mansion. He then instructed to lie about their age.

What happens next is described in a five-page complain which reads “He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Judy Huth of Riverside, California, also stated that the “traumatic incident” psychologically and emotionally scarred her but that she realized the damage only recently. No comments from Cosby or his lawyer have been made a bout the suit.
