52-year-old Tampa resident is already a winner in our book, her personal claim to fame on her CBS profile says she has been married for 36-years, has raised three kids, got her master’s degree and juggled it all while working full time! And may we add she looks fantastic!

Rivera definitely knows what success means and how good it feels, she’s been both successful in her personal and professional life, so what else could she possibly be missing? In her own words she says she felt like being on Survivor because of the adventure!

The white collar member does have some of her own inspirations in life, that includes Hilary Clinton.

Carolyn won’t have much problem with the physical part since she is a former college softball player but one things she hates is being cold so if you could throw in something at her that would be warm clothes. But don’t let her good side fool ya! Rivera teaches leadership skills and has worked with all kinds of people and she is convinced she can take everyone down!
