Taylor Swift will Sue Kanye Over Recorded Call

Taylor Swift, seems to have had enough from her long time feud with Kanye West and wrote on an Instagram post she wants to be excluded from it, this is following Kim Kardashian’s recording of Taylor and Kaye’s conversation discussing the ‘Famous’ song. And the plot thickens!

You might recall Taylor has kept all along she never approved of the lyrics –that she once described as having a misogynistic message. On the other hand, Kanye and Kim claimed that Swift knew about the song and lyrics before the release.

But now that Kardashian made Swift and West’s conversation public, Swift’s version doesn’t seem as consistent.

At the beginning of the now infamous feud, Swift had originally made it sound as if Kanye never called her to discuss the song. Her story now changes a bit and as she acknowledges having that conversation with West.

In the recording you can clearly hear them both in a polite conversation. Taylor even saying “I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice,” “For you to ask me if I’d be okay with it, I really appreciate it. I’d never expect you to tell me about a line in your song.”

But in her response to the new released conversation, she insists, that while she “wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you cannot ‘approve’ of a song you haven’t heard”

That’s because, following Kim’s Snapchat video revelation, Swift’s new story is that when she and West talked, he didn’t tell her he was going to call her a “*****.” She says he didn’t give her the full story on the phone. In the recording, she and West discuss the line “I think me and Taylor might still have ***” and West saying that he made Swift famous, but not the part where West calls her “that *****.”

Accoridng to TMZ, the blonde pop star had knowledge of the recordings and actually threatened to sue West earlier this year.

Taylor’s lawyer sent an intimidating latter to Kanye’s lawyer making it clear under California law, anyone who secretly records a telephone conversation with someone in the state commits a criminal offense.

Her people demands in the letter, that Kanye, “immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated.”

Now that Kim has violated law by releasing the video snippets of Kanye West talking to Swift, she totally has the right to sue, essentially since it makes her look like a liar.

Does this changes your image about Taylor Swift, the girlfriend you’ve ever wanted, was capable of lying and might be even more calculating that we think?
