Reza Jarrahy is the husband of award-winning actress, Geena Davis; the couple has been married for the last 16-years but recent reports indicate that might change.



Reza’s wife is one of America’s best-loved actresses, we’ve seen her from her beginnings in films such as Tootsie and Beetlejuice to her evolvement taking on more serious roles like Thelma & Louise as well as in Commander in Chief.

A Mensa member; she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her portrayal of Dottie Hinson in A League of Their Own, and her role as Muriel Pritchett in the 1988 drama The Accidental Tourist earned her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Other roles include Stuart Little, Angie, The Long Kiss Goodnight, The Exorcist, Marjorie Prime, among others.

The former athlete, is also recognized for her tireless advocacy of women and girls nearly as much as for her acting accomplishments. She is the Founder and Chair of the non-profit Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media and she also holds honorary degrees from Boston University, Bates College and New England College.

However, success on professional life doesn’t always translate to personal life. Davis married fourth husband Reza Jarrahy in 2001. She was previously married to first husband Richard Emmolo, from 1982 until 1983.

She and fellow actor, Jeff Goldblum were married for three years from 1987 until 1990. She tied the knot for the third time to director, Renny Harlin in 1993 but divorced in 1998.

She and Jarrahy are the proud parents of three children, daughter Alizeh Keshvar, and twin boys Kian William and Kaiis Steven.

Reza Jarrahy is a plastic surgeon and UCLA professor of Iranian descent. He is based in Los Angeles. He is the founder and president at The Foundation for Craniofacial Surgery. Dr. Jarrahy is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has served on the faculty of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA since he joined the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2007.

He graduated from Stony Brook Univ Health Sciences Center School Of Medicine in 1996 and specializes in plastic surgery. He is one of the most experienced and well-regarded craniofacial surgeons in Southern California.

Jarrahy who was born in 1971 makes him 15-years Geena’s junior. Raised in New York City, he attended Hunter College High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, where he studied Biological Sciences and Italian Studies.
