It seems like Judge Judy will be in a real-life courtroom after all. Former model Patric Jones is suing Judy Sheindlin for more than $500,000, but she is willing to drop the suit if she gets her china back.

“I don’t want to sue Judge Judy,” Jones told the Daily News. “We were close friends. She counseled me on my marriage. I flew on her private plane. We vacationed together and had dinner once a week. I just want my china back. It’s my wedding china.”

Jones’ ex-husband allegedly sold her Christofle Renaissance cutlery and Marley china to Judge Judy without her consent. The TV judge, Judy Sheindlin, said the woman suing her needs to:

“get a life and should spend her time more productively at trying to find a job.”

Jones filed the suit last week in Los Angeles by Beverly Hills attorney Perry Wander. She says her estranged husband, Randy Douthit, an executive producer on the TV show “Judge Judy,” conspired to sell the objects to Sheindlin for $50,000 in 2009 while they were going through a nasty divorce that includes allegations that an alcoholic Douthit beat her. Jones has filed a separate lawsuit against Douthit for assault that goes to trial in June.

“He beat me up,” said Jones. “CBS buried multiple sexual harassment suits against him by paying off women he slept with.”

The ex-fashion model Patric Jones started with Elite Models when she was 15.
