Suyima Torres- Miami Woman dead after UTT Injections

28-year-old Suyima Torres, from Miami, died in April after receiving butt-enhancement injections, and now two months later, Miami-Dade Police are trying to determine the identity of the man who passed himself off as a doctor from Venezuela and administered the injections to Torres.

Torres went to Cuerpos Health and Aesthetics LLC, which is located in a strip mall on 8410 West Flagler Street, for a $1,500 procedure in which an oily yellow substance was injected into each of her butt cheeks, according to court documents. Weeks later, she went for a second round of injections which left her dizzy and 10 hours later Suyima was pronounced dead at Doctor’s Hospital. The exact cause of her death is still undetermined.

Ruth Planas, the owner of the clinic which now appears to be closed and locked down, refused to provide any information on the “Venezuelan Doctor”, who is believed to have left the country. Authorities are treating the death of Torres as a case of manslaughter connected to the unlicensed practice of medicine. To date, no charges have been filed in the case.

Suyima Torres was born in December 11, 1984. According to her family, Suyima Torres had just started her own business. And according to her profile on MyLife, she was Principal at Suyis Footwear INC.
