2016 Oscars Nominations Revealed

Another year down means award season has kick started and is in full motion. Last week the 2016 Golden Globes took place which brings us to the most important night in Hollywood.



That’s right, the 2016 Oscars night is around the corner and today we get to tell you who might be getting that little golden statue. The Globes gives us pretty much an idea of whom might be getting nominated for an Oscar so if you liked the acting winners or motion picture winners, you might like the official list of Academy Awards nominations.

“Spotlight,” “The Revenant,” “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “The Martian” all got nominations.

The current big names in Hollywood also led the way in individual categories with Leonardo DiCaprio being nominated for Best Actor, along with Matt Damon, Michael Fassbender and Eddie Redmayne. Cate Blanchett, Brie Larson and Jennifer Lawrence were among those nominated in the Best Actress category.
