Ernest Wallace, aka “BO” aka “Fish,” is a alleged partner in crime in the assassination supposedly committed by NFL star Aaron Hernandez and Carlos Ortiz. Wallace, who was put under arrest June 28 subsequent to his turning in, becomes the third arrest connected to the June 17 murder of Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Ernest Wallace was wanted on charges of accomplice after the truth, telling he was not openly involved with the assassination of Lloyd, but that he had a responsibility in assisting with the cover up of the wrong. His doings in the Lloyd case earned him “active felony warrants in Massachusetts.”
Wallace is as well said to have lived lately in Connecticut, and also he has ties to Georgia, Florida and Massachusetts.
Wallace, 41, was last seen driving a silver/gray Chrysler 300 with Rhode Island license plates. That car was recovered this break of day in Bristol, Connecticut. The allusion is that Hernandez rented the car for Ortiz and Wallace to get out of the city. On Friday afternoon, Wallace walked into the lobby of the Miramar Police Department on Friday afternoon and peacefully surrendered.
Constrained and teary, Carlos Ortiz appeared before a Superior Court judge for about two minutes Friday, was handed over to two Massachusetts State Police officers and whisked to Massachusetts, where he is wanted in association with the Odin Lloyd murder.
Ortiz, presently from Bristol, is known to be friends with Hernandez, linked by their hometowns.
Ortiz, who has jumped among Hartford, New Britain and Bristol, appeared in court in a red jumpsuit, with untidy facial hair and an afro. Even though he had friends and relatives in the courtroom, the 27-year-old didn’t appear to recognize them. He was being held in Connecticut on $1.5 million financial guarantee since Wednesday, when he was arrested as a renegade from justice.
Ortiz has three children, two girls and a boy, all under 8 years of age.
Milton Montesdeoca, his friend said:
He could never have done this. He’s humble. He’s quiet. And I don’t even think he knows Aaron Hernandez.
I’ve been hanging around the guy for years. I never heard him mention Aaron once. If Charlie knew Aaron Hernandez, I would have met him.
Is it probable Ortiz could have been convinced by Hernandez, or somebody else to take part in a murder?
No way. I don’t ever remember anyone talking Charlie into anything.
We’ve all been in trouble. “That ain’t murder.
“Linda,” Ortiz’s cousin, said.
He didn’t do this. He’s not that kind of a guy. He was crying in court. Do murderers cry?
Ortiz is a tenant of Apt 6, 78 Federal Street, Bristol, Connecticut.
Ortiz’s Facebook makes it clear that he’s a fan of Hernandez.
He attended New Britain High School in Bristol, Connecticut as well Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut.
He is also friend of Aaron Hernandez’s older brother, D.J. Hernandez, 27.
