Killer Nanny Yoselyn Ortega First Photos Revealed!

We have the first pictures of Yoselyn Ortega, the NY nanny who stabbed to death two children in her care, Lucia and Leo Krim at their Upper West Side apartment on October 25.

The killer nanny appeared in the Manhattan Supreme Court today for the first time since the tragedy, and she will return to court on April 5. She was wearing glasses and her hair in braids. The 50-year-old killed 6-year-old Lucia and her 2-year-old brother while the children’s mother, Marina Krim, was out with her other child.
