Dickey Betts’ wife Donna Betts

Donna Betts

Donna Betts is the fifth wife of Dickie Betts; the guitarist and founding member of the music band The Allman Brothers Band. Mrs. Betts was by her husband’s side when he was hospitalized following a freak accident when he went out to his backyard while playing with the family dog, slipped and cracked his head, causing bleeding from the brain.

Back in December 2017, 63-year-old Dickie’s wife was arrested for the second time for probation violation by failing to abstain entirely from the use of illegal drugs and/or alcohol.

In October that same year, Donna charged with 18 counts of aggravated assault after an incident in March 2016; when she pointed a gun to the Sarasota rowing team who were training behind her home; she pleaded no contest into one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
