Maksim Vitorgan is the proud husband of Russian socialite, journalist and actress, Ksenia Sobchak –often described as the Russian Paris Hilton.
Maksim and Ksenia have been married since 2013 and his wife recently announced her decision to run against Vladimir Putin in the 2018 Russian Presidential election.
Maksim’s wife has enjoyed a celebrity status for years and last November she announced her desire to enter politics. Born as Ksenia Anatolyevna Sobchak on November 5, 1981 – Her father, the late Anatoly Sobchak, was Mayor of St Petersburg in the 1990s and was a mentor to Vladimir Putin before he became president in 2000.
Ksenia studied ballet at the Mariinsky Theatre as a teen and has been a regular face on media, appearing in a number of glamour magazines.
Over her adult life, she has become known for hosting the reality series Dom-2, and as a news anchor for the Dozhd network.
She began anti-Putin protests in 2011 but had yet to join a political party. It was around the same time she decided to host political talk shows as well.
The 36-year-old has also grabbed headlines for her love life. According to reports, she has been in several high profile relationships. However in 2013 she settled down with TV personality, Maksim Vitorgan. The couple tied the knot on February 1, 2013.

Vitorgan was born on 10 September 1972 in Moscow. His full name is Maksim Emmanuilovich Vitorgan and is best known for his acting career and is also a TV producer. He is the son of Russian film and theater actor, Emmanuil Vitorgan.
