Last year we heard the horrible story about Gilberto Valle aka cannibal cop from New York who plotted to kidnapped, torture, killed, cook and eat 100 women, it was his wife Kathleen Mangan- Valle who found about his plans and alerted the FBI. Today It was Kathleen Valle who took the stand against her husband.

Not all of the 100 women in Gil Valle’s horrible list of victims were identified, police officer were able to track down and questioned about relationship with Valle, her life was safe thanks to Gilberto Valle’s wife Kathleen Mangan Valle who tipped police about her husband’s twisted plans.

29-year-old Kathleen Cooke Mangan also known as Kathleen Mangan Valle was born on March 15, 1985 to 68-year-old Joseph Mangan from Reno, Vevada. Mrs. Mangan Valle worked as a special educator at Earl Wooster High School.

Mrs. Mangan-Valle lived in Reno, and Addison, AL before settling in Forest Hills, New york with her husband Gil Valle.

They got married in June, 2010 in Spokane, Washington the ceremony took place at St. Aloysius Church, Kathleen became pregnant last year, her mother is-law Elizabeth Valle was ecstatic about becoming a grandmother and delivered the news to her friends on Facebook on April.

Last month Mrs, Mangan Valle found some weird stuff on her husband’s computer so she alerted the FBI, after reading it carefully and discovering Gil’s twisted plans, she took he daughter and left her home in Forest Hills and moved to another state.

On February, 2013 Kathleen was call to testify against her husband, she broke down in tears several times as she recalled she met her husband in 2009 on the dating site Ok Cupid, he was the perfect guy, but he changed all of the sudden in 2010 when she told him she was pregnant.

He wasn’t the man she once met in the fall of 2009, this man was cold, distant and things became weirder after he began to spend more time online. She went into the computer and found he was into bondage sites..

“I know S&M is popular with ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,’ but this seemed different,” she said of the kinky best-seller. “The girl on the front page was dead.”

Kathleen installed spyware after her hubby became even more distant, but she couldn’t believed what she was about to discover.

Up came “pictures of feet not attached to bodies” and “pictures of me.” She fled with their daughter that day to a friend’s house.

“I realized this was worse. I went on the website again. There was a woman hog-tied, naked, with blood all over her. I’d never seen anything like this.

“All of a sudden, I’m seeing pictures of me, pictures of our friends,” she testified.

“I was supposed to be tied by my feet, my throat slit, and they were going to watch the blood rush from my body,” she said.

One of Valle’s perv pals wrote, “If she cries out, don’t show her mercy.”

The distraught mother sobbed, “Gil said, ‘Don’t worry. We’ll gag her.’”

However, thе judge upheld Valle’s conviction оn a ѕесоnd count оf illegally uѕing thе NYPD’s federal database tо compile a list оf female targets аnd information оn them.

Prosecutor Hadassa Waxman ѕаid in court thаt thе feds remained convinced Valle posed a “danger tо thе community.”

“The government сеrtаinlу respects thе court’s decision, but believes thе jury gоt it right, аnd it’s оur intention tо appeal,” ѕhе said.
