Lauren Sanchez has been named as the new woman in the life of billionaire and soon-to-be free man, Jeff Bezos.
Lauren’s existence was revealed just hours after Bezos 54, announced his ‘amicable’ divorce from MacKenzie Bezos –his wife of 25-years.
Since the couple is still married Lauren Sanchez technically becomes the other woman. According to reports is Jeff’s affair with her that led them to divorce road. So who is the probable new Mrs. Bezos, aka new Amazon first lady?
Sanchez is not exactly a total stranger, the 49-year-old is a TV personality, reporter, actress, and producer. Born December 19, 1969; the Albuquerque, New Mexico native attended the University of Southern California.
She began her career as an intern on LA Channel 13 and went on to be a host at various news channels. She is perhaps best known as a longtime co-host on Fox 11’s “Good Day LA,” as well as appearing as a host and correspondent on “Extra.”
Nowadays, Lauren runs her own company called Black Ops Aviation, which is an aerial filming company. Lauren happens to be a helicopter pilot and has worked on films such as Dunkirk and Miss Bala.
Like Bezos, it seems Lauren also comes from a failed marriage. In fact, she has a history of failed relationships. She first tied the knot to former NFL star Toni Gonzales with whom she welcomed a son, Nikko Gonzalez. However, that relationship didn’t last.
She tied the knot to her second husband, Patrick Whitesell back in 2005 and the current status of their relationship is unknown although is pretty clear they are not together anymore. She and Whitesell share two young children together, a daughter who is 10, and a 12-year-old son.
According to reports, it was through Lauren’s husband that the couple met. Patrick Whitesell happens to be the co-CEO of the major Hollywood agency WME.
