Gary Fishell, a Californian singer, sang for a room packed of retired cops when he opened his mouth and sang ‘Dead, Dead Michael Brown’!!!
Fishell took the stage during a charity event at the Glendale lodge and performed a shocking parody song mocking the teen’s death!
Mr. Fishell who is a former Federal Investigator and current member of the Lodge, showed his poor judgment by even writing the lyrics which was a parody of “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown.”
The lyrics include:
Michael Brown learned a lesson about a messin’
With a badass policeman
And he’s bad, bad Michael Brown
Baddest thug in the whole damn town
Badder than old King Kong
Meaner than a junkyard dog
According to his lawyer, Fishell now realizes the song was “off color and in poor taste.” The lawyer adds, “He’s a goofball who writes funny songs.” When TMZ asked why Fishell would sing this in a room full of cops, and the lawyer replied, “He thought the room would get a kick out of it.”
But supporters for Gary say he has done this many times over the years even raising a lot of money! However the video that emerged and where he can be heard, was captured by someone who was utterly shocked!
What do you think of Fishells’ song?
