Destiny Honeycutt is the devastated girlfriend of TLC’s reality star, L.B Bonner –who is said to have taken his own life.

Destiny’s life partner who appeared on the past season of My 600-lb Life –was found lying in a ditch. Reports say he suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Originally from Lexington, South Carolina –Bonner appears in episode 6 of My 600 lb Life‘s sixth season. During the TLC series, he opened up about his struggle with obesity. He once weighed 650 pounds, but his hard work and dedication paid off and eventually got in the 200-pound range.

During the show it was also revealed that Bonner’s obesity sparked from a tragic accident that resulted in losing his right leg back in 2013. After the accident L.B became depressed and turned to food and alcohol as a coping mechanism. He appeared to be one of the more successful cast members from the weight loss show.

Destiny Honeycutt is described as his longtime girlfriend. She shared her heartbreak on Facebook saying:

‘I just need you back!!! Yesterday we lost one of the greatest mans, my best friend, the best boyfriend, and the love of my life. And I have to say I’m pretty jealous of jesus right now! It was just was too soon and we needed more time together. ‘I love you with all of my heart and I cant seem to even grasp at this concept of you leaving! You are my world and everything! Just wishing I could come home to you cooking dinner for me and us binge watching sons of anarchy together one more time. Or you waking me up on Sunday because you are excited for church. Or just listening to one of your crazy stories from back when you were younger. You were such a hard worker and I saw you trying so hard to get our dreams accomplished… I believed in you every step of the way. Just please come back to me and let’s just have one more great memory. I love you L.B. Your my favorite! Please come back!

Accoridng to social media, Destiny Starr Honeycutt is also from Lexington, South Carolina, she attended White Knoll High School and currently works at Palmetto Health.
