Chloe Goins
Chloe Goins is a model who became known after she publicly accused disgraced comedian, Bill Cosby of sexual battery.
Goins first accused Cosby back in 2015, almost five-years later she’s getting some justice. The 29-year-old is the latest to settle her suit against the comedian once known as “America’s Dad.”
According to reports, insurance company AIG settled the sexual battery lawsuit with the model, however Cosby’s team says this move comes without his consent and the 81-year-old inmate is livid. Earlier this month, AIG came to an agreement with seven women in a long-running defamation lawsuit against Cosby.
Cosby is currently serving a three to 10-year sentence for the drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
In her suit, the former lap dancer, claimed the actor drugged and raped her at a Playboy mansion party in 2008. Chloe who was 18 at the time, alleged that after drinking something with Cosby, she woke up to find him sucking her toes and masturbating.
She failed to file any complaint against Cosby until 2015, after the two and three year statute of limitations had run, the court papers claim.
In response to the civil case, Cosby has stated he was not even in California when the alleged attack took place. According to his team, Cosby had undergone eye surgery and was in New York, recuperating at his home, at the time of the alleged events. However it looks like AIG didn’t care.
Chloe Monahan Goins was born on May 17, 1990; the California native began her career modeling and has transitioned to the music world. The former model and –at one point Las Vegas lap dancer –now describes herself as a rapper. She goes by the stage name ‘Chlo-Chlo’ and released a rap diss track about the sitcom star called “Hypocritical Bill.”
However her past isn’t the straightest. Reports say back in 2011, Goins was arrested on charges of soliciting prostitution in Las Vegas. Radar Online also reported she faced a charge of being minor in a gambling establishment.
