Brenda Bentley is the lovely and supportive stepmom of rapper, Kanye West. The songwriter, record producer, fashion designer, and entrepreneur –was raised in part by Brenda when she became his father’s second wife. Keep reading to know Brenda Bentley’s biography.

Brenda Bentley came into the picture after Kanye’s dad, Ray West, remarried. His parents, Dona and Ray divorced when he was just a toddler.

West lived with his mother but spent summers with his father, according o the Inquisitr. Ray eventually tied the knot to Brenda Bentley, –whom Kanye called “Miss Brenda.”

Brenda made headlines in 2015 after she shared never before snaps of the Fade hitmaker, and described him as a ‘mild mannered boy who wouldn’t dare interrupt his father’

She even shed some light into the real Kanye saying:

The 60-year-old has remained close to Kanye and even gave her opinion about his wedding to Kim-K saying she believed their marriage would last forever.

Brenda also goes by Brenda BoPeep Bentley. According to social media info, Brenda Bentley is originally from Alexandria, Virginia and is currently based in Washington, DC.

Brenda attended school in Virginia graduating from T. C. Williams High School in 1973. She went on to attend Virginia Commonwealth University where she studied elementary education and graduated in 1977.

In 1986 she obtained an accounting degree from George Mason University.

From 1991 until 2003 she served as the Chief Accountant at Jewell Industries, Inc.-Government Contractor Alexandria, VA.

From 2003 until 2006 she was the Controller, Executive VP/Secretary at Topflite Building Services, Inc-Government Contractor Forestville, MD.

She then moved on to Westar Waterworks, Inc.-Retailer Lexington Park, MD –where she served as Consultant, Minority Owner.

From Sept 2007-March 2011 She was the Accounting Manager at Friendship Public Charter Schools, Inc.-Charter School System Washington, DC.
