Magdalena Gorka and Amanda White are the two women who filed a sexual harassment suits against Hollywood actor, Casey Affleck. Keep reading to know more about the two alleged victims.

Magdalena Gorka and Amanda White made headline back in 2010 when they sued Ben Afflecks younger brother. The three of them worked together on the controversial psuedo-documentary, titled “I’m Still Here” –they eventually reached a settlement out of court.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the two women sued Affleck in July for $2 million and $2.25 million, respectively, claiming all sorts of outrageous behavior on the set of his documentary about his brother-in-law Joaquin Phoenix.

Affleck then hired litigator Marty Singer and a crisis PR team to vigorously defend him and production outfit Flemmy Prods.

“The disputes between Flemmy Productions, LLC and Casey Affleck with Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka in connection with the film ‘I’m Still Here’ have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties and the lawsuits are being dismissed,” the Affleck camp said in a statement.

Accoridng to her IMDb page, she was born October 29, 1977; in Pruszków, Mazowieckie, Poland.

According to her website, Magdalena Gorka is a Polish cinematographer. She graduated from the National Film School in Lodz, Poland with a Master of Arts in Cinematograph.

Online info reveals Magdalena Gorka spent over five years working with Oscar-nominated cinematographers.

She is an experienced camera operator and second unit DP having worked with heralded cinematographers as Pawel Edelman (Ray, The Pianist, Edges of the Lord) and Piotr Sobocinski (Ransom, Marvin’s Room, Hearts in Atlantis, Red)

She’s worked with Neurofen, Mary Kay, Banana Republic, Hyundai, Ford, Google, Audi, Wal-Mart among many others.

Music videos credits include her working with major stars such as Selena Gomez, Katy Parry and Elton John.

Gorka told in her suit Affleck once snuck into bed with her while she was sleeping and that she awoke to find Affleck had his arms around her and was wearing only a t-shirt and underwear.

She currently lives in Venice, California. Magdalena Gorka says in her blog Fox in a box, she has a dog named Frankie Jo Jo.

Amanda White

Amanda White is a Canadian producer. Online info on her says she was born in January 15 in Kitchener, Ontario. She has been living in Los Angeles since 1997.

From her early gigs, she worked under producer Chris Moore on the Academy Award-winning film Good Will Hunting.

White’s documentary producing career began in 2000 with Long Gone, an award-winner at film festivals worldwide. In 2006, she produced Chris Moore’s directorial debut, Kill Theory,

Amanda White is also a partner and co-owner at iam8bit –a production company, marketing boutique and artist collective founded in 2005.

Accoridng to her LinkedIn, she hold a Bachelor’s degree, Political Science from University of Waterloo.

Social media info says she is also a freelance animator/writer and a NY Times and USA Today Bestselling author.

Amanda White said in her suit, after she refused Affleck’s sexual advances, he “grabbed her in a hostile manner in an effort to intimidate her into complying.”

Amanda White is married to husband, Will White.
