Brad Hall is the comedian, director and writer husband of Emmy Award winner actress, Julia Louis-Dreyfus. The longtime couple has been together for over three decades and share two children together.

You probably know everything about Brad’s famous wife, the 56-year-old star is known for her funny characters on SNL, Seinfeld, The New Adventures of Old Christine and most recently her HBO hit, Veep.

She first gained recognition on Saturday Night Live, then went on to star as Elaine Benes on the NBC series Seinfeld. She also played Christine Campbell on the CBS series The New Adventures of Old Christine and, in 2012, she began playing the lead character Selina Meyer in HBO’s Veep.

Born January 13, 1961; the New York native holds an impressive total of 11 Emmy Awards, eight for acting and three for producing. Though Julia is more famous than her hubby, the two are actually comedians.

Brad Hall, born Williams Brad Hall on March 21, 1958 is best known as a Saturday Night Live news anchor on Saturday Night News.

He and Julia met while they were students at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. At the time, Julia joined a comedy troupe called The Practical Theater, which Brad had started. He appeared in SNL from 1982 until 1984.

He was also a guest on a couple of episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm and other shows such as Parks and Recreation and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Since then, Brad Hall has also been credited with creating the sitcoms The Single Guy and Watching Ellie –starred by Louis-Dreyfus.

Brad’s work also includes roles in films such as Troll and Limit Up. He served as producer, writer, and director for the sitcom Brooklyn Bridge.

Hall and Julia have been married since 1987. The two are the parents of two sons. The couple welcomed first son Henry in 1992 followed by second son, Charles born in 1997. Henry Hall is a singer-songwriter while Charles plays basketball for Northwestern University.

Both Brad Hall and Julia are very supportive of their college basketball player son and she often posts images of the two attending games.
