Chris Long is the proud and supportive boyfriend of actress, Janel Parrish –whom you know as Mona Vanderwaal on the drama TV series, Pretty Little Liars.

Chris and Janel have been dating for a while and recently became engaged. The excited 28-year-old shared the happy news with a sweet Instagram post in which she wrote ‘I get to marry my best friend and I’m over the moon.’

Chris Long popped the question in Toronto, while Parrish took her dog, Klee for a stroll. Long really did a nice job with the rock, which was shared by Janel in a separate post.

Born October 30^th, 1988; the Oahu, HI native is the daughter of parents, Mark and Joanne. Her father is of European descent, while her mom is of Chinese descent.

Janel was a contestant on Star Search who performed on the piano in 2003.

She appeared on an episode of Zoey 101 and has since won multiple Teen Choice Awards for her portrayal of Mona Vanderwaal. She also played Jade in the film Bratz: The Movie. In 2014, Parrish participated in the 19th season of Dancing with the Stars, taking third place.

Parrish is currently working on the Grease musical in Toronto, where she’ll star as Sandy.

Chris and Janel first began dating last September. The lovebirds celebrated their anniversary on Sept. 3.

There is not much about the mysterious fella, according to his Facebook page he is a resident of Venice, California. The hunky Mr. Long is also quite popular on Instagram with over 15k followers –and by the judge of his snaps, he is quite popular among his friends as well.

He enjoys traveling and clearly keeps a busy schedule. In 2015 he drove a bike from California to Alaska with his then, 71-year-old father. Now that, is really cool and with that, Chris Long has our blessing to marry the very lovely Janel Parrish.
