Israel Houghton’s new wife, Adrienne Bailon was born October 24, 1983. She rose to fame as a founding member and lead singer of both 3LW and Disney’s The Cheetah Girls. Aside form her singing, Bailon who grew up in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, also transitioned to acting.

The daughter of a Puerto Rican mother and an Ecuadorian father, has had roles in The Cheetah Girls films, Coach Carter and the MTV film All You’ve Got.

She has also guest starred in numerous television series including the Disney Channel series That’s So Raven and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

Most recently the recording artist, is one of the hosts of syndicated talk show The Real.

Houghton and Bailon tied the knot last Friday in Paris. A sneak peek of the stunning celebration has been released ahead of Tuesday’s special on The Real.

Israel Houghton and Bailon began dating earlier this year. They got engaged just six months later.

Adrienne famously dated Robert Kardashian fro two years before they split in 2009. She was in a six-year relationship with Lenny Santiago. They became engaged in 2015 but months later they called it off.

This is a first marriage for Adrienne and a second for Israel, who was married to first wife Meleasa for more than 20 years.

Houghton was forced to publicly confirm his new relationship with singer and TV host Bailon because the two were photographed vacationing together in Tulum, Mexico.

Israel Houghton was born May 19, 1971 in California. He is a prolific worship leader, musician, songwriter, producer, and recording artist. His music ministry has spanned 25 years. Israel is the recipient of five Grammy Awards, 13 Dove Awards, two Stellar Awards, a Soul Train Music Award, and many more. In 1995, Israel formed New Breed Ministries that gave way to his debut release in 1997, Whisper It Loud.

Since that time, Israel has released 11 solo and group albums, and has consistently been a commercial success with Billboard chart toppers New Season, Power Of One, and Jesus At The Center. He achieved Gold-selling albums with Alive In South Africa and Live From Another Level.
He is the National Director of Music and Worship for Champions for Christ a high impact ministry to college and professional athletes with Pastor Greg Ball.

He was also known for his close ties to Lakewood Church in Houston, TX. with Pastor Joel Osteen. Following the announcement of his divorce, Houghton –who served as lead worship leader at the Houston-based megachurch for many years –will not be leading at the church during this time. However the megachurch says he was not fired.
