Brad Pitt’s new Girlfriend Neri Oxman?

Neri Oxman is an Israeli-American MIT professor, who could become the next leading lady in the life of Hollywood veteran, Brad Pitt.



The two are said to be spending a lot of time together and though their relationship is described as a ‘professional friendship’ truth be told, they are both single and anything could happen.

Pitt, who’s enjoyed a string of high-profile relationships over the years, including Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow –came to know Oxman thanks to their shared interests in architecture, design and art.

So who is Neri Oxman? Find out below.

The architect and designer was born in 1976 in Israel, the stunner is the Sony Corporation Career Development Professor and Associate Professor of Media Arts and Sciences at the MIT Media Lab.

Raised in Haifa and Caesarea, Israel, by architect parents, Oxman rebelled by going into medicine, completing med school at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Neri Oxman earned a diploma from the Architectural Association (RIBA 2 with Distinction) after attending the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology (Hons). She also attended the Hebrew University in Jerusalem –where she studied in the Department of Medical Sciences.

She later received her PhD in Design Computation as a Presidential Fellow at MIT, where she coined the term Material Ecology to describe her research area.

According to a profile, her work is included in permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), Centre Georges Pompidou, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts (MFA), Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, the Smithsonian Institution, the Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna (MAK), the FRAC Collection and the Boston Museum of Science, amongst others including prestigious private collections.

Doesn’t she sound like the perfect combination of brains and beauty? Like Pitt, Neri Oxman has also been married. She divorced her composer husband, Osvaldo Golijov after the couple tied the knot in 2011.
